I like how easy it is to use Helpr - you can do all your searching through it. And when you need to contact someone, they are always quick to respond. It took me a few months to get used to the layout but once I did I love how organized everything was! There aren't many things I don't like about Helpr. The only thing would be that sometimes it takes a little longer than usual to reach someone in customer service. Make sure you have someone who can help you with the process of setting up your account and using the website. I am able to easily access my child's schedule and pay for his childcare. I also like that I can see exactly what he has completed throughout the day.
