Functionally it works well, ethernet uses Realtek USB GbE controller (automatically recognized by Windows 10, can't remember if I've tried it on other OSes) and all 3 USB Ports 3.0 look good, no speed or connectivity issues. However, the form factor is rather strange. I don't remember exactly why I bought this particular option and not others, maybe at the time it seemed the least uncomfortable or awkward option to me, but now I look at it and I'm like, "why is one side partially tilted ?" , "Why are the black sides slightly rounded so it can never lie perfectly flat on anything?", "Why does plastic feel so slippery and slippery and is such a fingerprint magnet?", "Will this cable ever lose its rigidity or get stuck in that weird half-twisted state permanently?", "Why is the cable so uselessly long, not long enough to tuck it out of the way on my desk, but not short enough either to make sense for mobile use." ?", "Why is the USB-C adapter so plump and ugly?", "Can someone else get the cable to wrap it around the device and take it away for storage to hide on the side so it did actually stays there?β and "Why did I buy this? What was I thinking?
