My wife bought this bag and here is her review: I've had my last shoulder bag in over 11 years and was a bit wary of buying another one. After weeks of research I finally decided to do this and I'm so glad I did! I've only been using it for a few months, but it fits perfectly into my life and career! It has plenty of organizational space but not too much space where it's overwhelming and you forget where you put things/can't find them. As an educator, I often carry documents, study guides, and other materials with me. I travel between three different campuses and this bag is a lot lighter on my back and shoulders. I put this bag to the test for my money - while the zippers withstood my tendency to overstuff, the bottom held up when I dragged it down the sidewalk a few times, and if greasy food got on it I was able to clean the surface and it was cleaned very well. It's honestly big enough because if I put too much in it it's really too heavy to carry around, but sometimes I like to pack a little extra so I don't have to carry another bag around. I have a good feeling about the durability of this bag. The magenta color was PERFECT, not only my favorite color but also the fact that I don't get confused with other bags when traveling with colleagues.
