As some reviewers have noted, the lock has a more compact form factor than you would expect from a lock of this type. Although this is a plus as it fits perfectly through the small spokes of my Bird electric scooter. Before that I had a chain lock that just wouldn't go through the spokes of the bike. This one is fairly light so it doesn't add any weight when transporting. So no complaints so far - I think time will tell if an attempting thief is willing to try it, it definitely seems more secure than a simple cable lock.
