In my opinion the best whey protein powder on the market.

This whey protein concentrate is fantastic. Contains no artificial flavors, added sugars or colors. Surprisingly complex properties found in whey-based supplements. However, this is probably the gold standard for whey protein supplements. I have bought many containers of this over the past year and have recommended it to friends and family. I like to mix 1 scoop of this jarrow whey protein powder with about 1/4 cup milk and 1 teaspoon natural unsweetened cocoa powder. I mix well and add another 1/4 cup milk. [Issue 11/30/20: Modified recipe: 1/4 cup milk, 1 scoop Jarrow Whey Protein, 1 1/2 teaspoons baking cocoa, some ground ginger, a little more a pinch of ground turmeric, mix very well, then add the rest is 12 oz. 1 cup coconut water of your choice (this adds potassium to the drink). This mixture is also good for making popsicles. Freeze the mixture in popsicle molds and make yourself a handy protein popsicle!] This is the main method I use post-workout to get protein [and potassium] into the body quickly. Fast, easy, and delicious with no processed sugar, artificial colors, or artificial flavors. I also use it as an alternative to malt with vanilla ice cream (note: this is definitely NOT malt). Thaw the ice a little and add your serving of whey protein, stir and you have 36% of your daily value of amino acid protein in one delicious treat. It doesn't seem to go well with homemade hot chocolate. I don't know why but it seemed to float to the top instead of mixing with the other ingredients.
