My husband and I have 1.0 a's, we really liked them but it's time for a new set, we've had them for about 7 years so I'm this size ordered, Here is what the website recommend for our height and weight, but they are too big and heavy to support, when you sit in bed, but did not try to return to sleep, but the shipping is too big, because they are so heavy
