I love gadgets where it's obvious the company has tried to figure out how to make it work for almost everyone. It comes with decent instructions, lots of extra spacers in case your cabinets have a deep niche underneath, and even an Allen key and special screw to attach a short or longer handle - yes you have 2 to choose from. It's important that you use this screw because when you close the device, it gets magnetically attracted to the magnet they built into the device to keep it closed. Finally, they give you a couple of screws to mount it under your cabinet, or you can use the included 3M double-sided tape. It's very light weight so I used double sided tape and installed it in no time. My cabinets are standard and probably the same as over 90% of cabinets in America - I didn't need spacers and used a longer handle. So far, so good. Can't comment on durability as I've only had it a day, but it seems well made and if the tape ever fails I've kept the screws. hp It is easier to mount the handle before mounting the device under cabinets.
