This week I bought Pro Nanosteam. I was very worried because it smelled like plastic. However, I just received a response from Beauty Imports. They said the device is completely BPA-free and only needs to be wiped down with distilled water or vinegar water to eliminate the odor from the manufacturing process. Now the smell is gone and I feel much more comfortable using it. I've reviewed every device that can add essential oil to it, so I really like this feature. The vapor comes out at a good angle, and there's plenty of it too! I use it to clear my sinuses with the added bonus of clearing the skin. This is a good product!
