Great customer service even off hours/emergencies

Their support team was very helpful in getting my system up and running quickly after my initial training. They had me set up my alerts for different email addresses, phone numbers, etc. I didn't have to do any of this myself! It took some time to get everything setup but once it was they were great about staying in touch with me as things changed. Sometimes I'd get an alert from them that said something like "We're not able to send you an alert right now." This could be because there were too many emails going out or because my account wasn't ready yet. If it's the former, then it's a problem for their end but if it's the latter, then they need to work with you until it's fixed so it doesn't happen again. Notifications are sent to our team members when there.

  • The ease at which we can configure notifications without having software experience is what stands above all else here no complicated configuration steps required by IT staff
