When I first got it I really liked it. I weigh 135 pounds, maybe 140 pounds in clothes and shoes. I only use it to move things to the top shelf in my closet. I've used it maybe a dozen times. I almost fell today when a piece broke off on one side. I'm very disappointed, the reviews on it have been excellent from what I could find and it seemed like a tough test for my 135lb self. I hate leaving bad reviews to the point that I usually don't leave a review because it's my fault for not liking the product. But today as it broke beneath me I was very thankful for being nimble and quick on my feet and realized I had to give an assessment because not everyone is well balanced. My mom was thinking about buying one of these and as much as I love them, they're a bit of a mess. Maybe mine was defective, I don't know.
