We have bought enough digital clocks to open our own clock shop. Most of them have something we just don't like about them. Not this one. The display is large and easy to read from across the room. It can be adjusted from completely dark to bright enough to read in a room with sunlight. The sound of the alarm is pleasant and you can adjust the volume from very very low to high. And it holds volume. It doesn't get louder on its own, change the tone, or do other annoying things. Setting the time and alarm is simple and straightforward. Does not require training in the field of computer technology. The choice of colors for the display is just the icing on the cake. We chose white for our first color. The next one will be blue. The clock is small enough for a bedside table and uses 2 AAA backup batteries to set the time. I don't think you can do better for this price!
