I recently upgraded my MacBookPro to a newer 2019 model with four USB Type-C ports. My old MacBookPro had a MiniDisplay port, which I used to run an Apple Cinema HD 23" DVI monitor with an Apple DVI-to-MiniDisplay adapter. I assumed the Apple MiniDisplay-to-USB Type-C adapter would work with the new MBPro So I tried CableCreation's USB Type-C to DVI adapter which claims to be compatible with MBPro 2019. It didn't work I then got the Benfei USB Type C to DVI adapter, which claims to be compatible with the new MBPro as well, but that didn't work.Then I tried UPTab's USB Type-C to MiniDisplay adapter, thinking it would work with my Apple DVI -to-MiniDisplay adapters work, but it didn't.
