Not good. Bad design. I don't know what Bissell's designers were thinking, or if one of the suppliers ordered the wrong springs, but the spring that closes the valve at the bottom of the solution tank is too strong and pushes the tank up so much that it even collapses full tank empties to the floor. . Bissel's answer is that the consumer takes it to a repair shop. I just opened the box and tried to use it and you want me to take it to a service center? No way! Sent it back for a refund. Too bad what should be a professional version of Little Green Machine isn't worth it.
