Good purchase, but not a great fit for smaller child.
I purchased this for my 2-year-old granddaughter, who loves our community pool. She weighs 23 lb, and the vest fit her perfectly with all the floats in. However, I had to remove four of the eight floats so that she could "swim" in the water, not float on top of it. This made the vest quite loose. I'm glad I found this, though, and I think the fit will improve as she grows.
