***UPDATE*** I'm giving 4 stars because I still wish it was a little tighter, I have a smaller head. I found I could wear this with my back slightly lowered so the front wasn't as high; and still doesn't fall off. I usually wear this with a hat (toboggan, ski hat, whatever you want to call it). Depending on the weather I can lower or adjust them while running and take off my hat. It got colder: 20-30 degrees in wet weather and I still like it. I mostly run with the mesh on the front as intended but I wore it back to front once to have a more closed mask and I had no problems it was definitely more snug. I love that it has the quality of a stiffer face mask, but it's still a soft gaiter that's easy to slip around your neck. ***** I have only used this in 40 degree weather. It hasn't gotten cold yet. I love it. The only reason he lost the star was because I wanted them to be different sizes or a little tighter. It didn't fall at all on Tempo runs or Yasso runs, but I worry about it sometimes because it feels a bit loose and low on my nose. I have a smaller head. Regardless, it works great. The breathable part is amazing! Best of all, if you find it's not your thing, the shape is perfectly uniform so you can change it up and cover your face with a regular cloth. I was trying to find a cheaper face cover for early morning runs in cold weather. I finally found it and saw that it didn't have many reviews but thought I'd give it a try. I love it. It keeps your neck and face warm and protects you from the cold and wind. I love their idea with the weird breathable mesh in front of the face. This allows for more air circulation while retaining heat. I hated the cold air rushing straight into my lungs when I ran without it. I'll edit this if I have to as it's getting colder.
