I have the ultra light cases from IT (the lightest ones are great). The handles on these bags differ from other suitcases as they are the width of the frame - they are not narrow like most other suitcases. Therefore, this rubber band is not suitable for my suitcase. Technically it works - as can be seen in the picture, the bungee stretches just enough to fit through the handle of my carry-on. However, this means there is no additional "recoil” and the strap is not very long. Undressed, it can hardly get past my backpack. It also compresses my backpack so I don't know if it would work if I had my laptop in my backpack or a briefcase. It's not that great for me, but otherwise I think it's great. It's small and light, so it doesn't take up too much space. I could throw it in the outside pocket of my suitcase. With the right bag it probably gets 5 stars. You will also receive 2 straps.
