I've used it 4 times already. Bread is normal, bakes well. For the first time, the kneader stuck so deep in the bread that it was swallowed up by the dough. This hole stays. I solved this problem by removing the dough hook after the second batch. I just pushed the dough aside and pulled out the kneading tool. So far my favorite recipe is French bread. Dash products are always very good. Happy with my purchase. The machine is very light but does not move at all and goes through all the cycles. I just need to find a good bread recipe.
