Review on 🔥 Harney & Sons Hot Cinnamon Spice Tea - 50 Tea Bags by William Mistretta

I'm not usually a fan of Earl Gray, but Harney and Sons has made the most balanced blend of black tea and bergamot I've ever tasted. For the chef and sommelier, the balance of flavors is the dominant and indispensable feature of food and drink. The black tea in this blend is low in tannins with a bright flavor while the bergamot warms and satisfies. When brewed alone there is a nice hint of molasses and citrus, but my favorite way to enjoy this tea is hot, with good honey and fresh lemon. Every person I introduced to this Earl Gray became his fan instantly! Thank goodness the packaging has been sorted out.
