The pillow is normal. I wanted to love this pillow. This picture looks so fluffy and cozy. When I got the pillow, it smelled so strongly of chemicals that I couldn't sleep with it on. Yes, the smell is so strong because of the pregnancy, but even my fiancee said it smelled very strongly of chemicals. I left it for 24 hours, 48 hours and washed the lid. He was still terribly strong, so I left him alone for 20 days! Finally I could sleep with him. I noticed that it never fluffed up like it does in the picture. Instead, it looks very clumsy and stocky. It's being done, but I'm not impressed. I wish it was longer. What I really like is that the cover is very soft. Another thing that really pissed me off was that while I was waiting to get my pillow, the company kept pressuring me to leave a review. I couldn't because it was late. It's okay, I understand that part. Right after I received it, I received another email about how much I liked it. I explained that I didn't even get a chance to use it. I keep getting emails asking if I can leave feedback. After a day of finally saying enough is enough, I'll get to it when I finally get to use the product and post a review. Now that I've been able to use it a few times, here's my honest review.
