The package was sent faster than expected. Not sure if it was Revane or the seller. Either way, it's a pleasant surprise: just in time for Halloween! The original box was not damaged. The scope of delivery includes a starter device, a USB-A charging cable and instructions. The initial charge took several hours. The LED indicator will continue to flash while charging and will turn off when the charging cycle is complete. I took it with my dog for a trick or treat. I don't really use it to stop barking. From what I read in the manual I think I can just use it to stop unwanted behavior. So I tried using it that way as I still want my dog to bark when a stranger approaches. When my dog barked at other dogs along the way or tried to pounce on small children, I just pushed the button on the unit once: she immediately stopped what she was doing and came back to me. It was almost dark and I didn't even point at the dog! I am very pleased with the results of my limited trials. I plan to use this to tune the dog's behavior and teach him what not to do. This device is not intended for children and should not be reused or abused. Finally, I know that positive reinforcement is the way to go. But man, this device delivers results so quickly. Highly recommended, also as a backup training tool.
