The ease with which you can set up tours in multiple countries without needing any local knowledge or resources! There's also an excellent customer support team who always go above & beyond my expectations whenever I need assistance from them (which isn't often). They've implemented many new features recently that have been very useful - especially when it comes time for me to update our website/app as they're able to do this seamlessly so we don't lose out on sales due to outdated content. It would be great if there were some way of having automatic backups but aside from that everything has worked well thus far. We use Trekksoft primarily because their pricing structure suits us perfectly given where we operate within Europe. Their staff genuinely care about your business success and will work tirelessly to ensure its growth via innovative solutions such as Trekksoft.
