The quality is worse than I have ever seen, a complete disappointment
The order was canceled the night before the date that was supposed to be used for delivery! They froze for five days, and only after five days did they suddenly decide to cancel. This is not the first time that I have been left without gifts before the holidays; in fact, it is the fourth time that this has happened to me. Horrible job amazon. They are unable to check the availability of the items in a timely manner or control the delivery of the goods on time. The excitement that should be present on the eve of the new year is completely absent.
