Arrived pretty quickly! It's compact and durable! I love the headset hanger! Haven't used it for work yet! But I made some test calls from my cell phone and voicemail! At first the volume sounds a bit low?! But on the voicemail it was loud and clear! While the MAX volume doesn't seem all that loud, I also know that in the company's software systems we can often turn the headset volume up or down from there too! Overall, the sound seems sufficient! All the features I've tried (Mute, Flash, Redial, Auto-Answer, etc.) work great! To keep the non-lit numbers from mixing with the lit numbers so I can see them more clearly when looking straight down, I safely propped them up at an angle! What did I support him with? Get your own creative prop ideas! ;) I'll update my review when I use it at work!
