I like that they update you on your account status, they are always very prompt in responding to my questions. There are not many companies like this, I wish they would also set up a website or at least a brochure. I would highly recommend them. The main thing I am looking forward to is the updates on my account status. They are always very prompt with the responses and they update my account status on all things related to my account. The support from your team was excellent through out our relationship with them! They were always available for me when I needed help or guidance as we went about setting up my domain names etc., they even offered great advice in their free time which helped tremendously during this process!! Would recommend highly. Great customer care - very knowledgeable staff who are eager to put you at ease before any work begins.
