The process was easy to follow and I ended up with a great color. I was trying to go back to my original light brown and my stylist said I had to start with a shade darker than my original. It took me a while to get used to this new dark color, but I ended up liking it. I went back to or close to the color I was when I was 40 and am now adjusting to darker brows. a color that looks better with my brown eyes. I'm 63 years old and I really like the look. I want to let my hair grow out and start using the curling iron again and also make something like a bob out of it. I feel very good about it. One thing I've learned is that you can get very dirty on the sink with your hands, forehead, countertop, and whatever t-shirt you're wearing. I would try using something like petroleum jelly on my face to keep the paint from staining my skin. You can get a reddish tint, which I really liked. I will use this again.
