This is a beautiful, shiny kitchen horse that meets my needs for baking bread, cookie dough, pasta dough, whisks, and whipped cream. It is very powerful compared to my bread maker and takes about 15 minutes until the bread dough has set well and forms a thin layer when stretched. Even breaking eggs is child's play with this mixer. The mixing bowl is thick stainless steel and I love the quality of it! Other parts of the faucet are less durable but suitable for the job they can handle. There are 6 speeds and a fender. At $88, this kitchen blender does the job of a kitchen gadget without a much higher price tag. This kitchen mixer is more suitable for family use because the mixing bowl is quite large. I usually use 3 cups of flour and find it makes the job easy. But with a small batch it might not be that easy to work with.
