Great speed settings, easy to clean, overall well made. My only complaint is that only about 4.5-5 liters of the mixing bowl can be used as the mixing head sinks into the bowl leaving part of the top of the bowl unusable. However, 2-3 pounds of thick dough can be easily handled. Pen, the support was very fast and corrected me correctly! For the price you wouldn't expect support so I was really surprised to see how fast and professional they are.

I received this blender for Mother's Day and I love it. It is very well made without being obscenely heavy. The attachments are not heavy, but more than adequate for everyday use. One of my favorite things is that the whisk attachment mixes all the dry ingredients well. I made pudding in it yesterday and there were no dry pockets on the bottom.
