Chinese junk, doesn't work with Rift for USB 3.0 - Lost connection. Regular cheap USB 2.0 works better. If like me you need USB 3 functionality, avoid this. One day I find out if a few people say it doesn't work for a certain item or it doesn't work as advertised to pass it on. 90% of the people who look at this stuff know it looks like it should and that it can work when they actually try it, but have no idea of the full functionality or if it actually works when they do to try it. When everything looked ok and they just wanted their name in the review they got 5 stars and a rave review and they have no idea if it really works. When you see people specifically saying it does NOT work correctly or with a certain element, they actually tried it and knew what they were talking about. It can't and won't extend your Rift cables or work like USB 3, and even then it works intermittently.
