.very nice. You have to keep in mind that it's a dust and moisture seal, but probably not 100%. I say that due to the tight fit of the headlight cover with the o-ring it is not that tight and secure. But that is far from true. It's better to cry than take off the factory cap and leave the reflector cavity fully open to the atmosphere. So all in all a good decision. To install this on an e320 - possibly other Benz or Geman models with H7 bulbs - you will need to remove the wire "latch" that snaps onto the lamp flange and remove it completely. Now look at the back of the reflector and take this dust cap - it's actually a tapered, stepped rubber bellows - place it small end first. Car, put the hole on the flange of the reflector lamp hole, the rubber can stretch in the process, then insert from the back. Oops, I forgot, before you do this, feed the lamp harness and connector through the center hole, then continue as above. The wire is small in diameter and extends harmlessly beyond the lamp flange and you have a visible wire connection behind the headlight housing. That's exactly how it should be to keep the back of the H7 LED bulb's heatsink exposed to the air to dissipate the heat. In order for the lamp to stay cool and last longer, this is the best way. Once this "dust cover/bellows" is in place on the e320 case, the largest diameter part just "kisses" the inside edge of the case, making for a pretty good seal - not super tight, but I think it is good enough. Yes, a hard cap MIGHT be better, but even then the lamp head will be jammed in the lamp assembly and that will be bad in the long run. So a solid 4 out of 5 stars for this innovative solution. I am now completely satisfied with these Beamtech H7 bulbs and our W163 (ML500) and W210 (E320 Estate) now have the best lighting for safe driving at night - Very satisfied! David in East Texas
