We use headphones for our 4 year old on flights and at meals with my iPhone or iPad mini. I bought a pair of these headphones after our Kidz Gear For Kids - Ltd wired headphones. receive. Edition White collapsed on a flight to Europe. We used them for the first time in a noisy restaurant and my son kept complaining that he couldn't hear anything and of course when I put them on my head I was surprised at how quiet they are! I had to put my hands over my ears to get the audio to sound normal (in a noisy environment). Of course, the volume settings were maxed out for the film and the iPad I was using. Went home, silently tested it and it was barely loud enough. I would only recommend these headphones if you intend to use them in a quiet environment. Back to Kidz Gear which has better sound quality.
