The online store offered by Mrliance did not provide me with a satisfying experience in any way. Although they had an outstanding assortment of outdoor power equipment and pressure washers, the quality of the products was doubtful. When I received my order, I discovered that the patio furniture, lawn equipment, and garden tools that I had ordered did not meet my expectations. Both the pressure washer and the lawn equipment that I received showed evidence of wear and tear, despite the fact that the pressure washer was described as being brand new and came with a power connection that was defective and therefore rendered it inoperable. When I attempted to remedy these concerns, the customer service crew was unhelpful and unresponsive, which made the situation much more frustrating. They did not offer any answers or alternatives to help fix the problem, thus I am stuck with faulty products and have no legal options available to me. My experience with the online store operated by Mrliance was, on the whole, unsatisfactory, and as a result, I would not suggest their services to other people. The low quality of the products as well as the unsatisfactory level of customer care makes it abundantly evident that people looking for dependable and reasonably priced outdoor equipment have other options to consider.
