had to go through hell to get this inverter. Thought I bought one it was my size I live a 3000 watt and a remote to boot! I also bought a protection plan just to be on the safe side, you know? everything was fine anyway until after 26 days it just stopped working! They sent fuses and stuff if that happens I think so I took the cover off. low and the fuses were fine. confused I looked for help. You can't force anyone to help you Asuron's defense plan is a joke. Took me 6 hours at the UPS store to get a shipping label from them. They sent me two emails in three months. one of them was a shipping label! July 31st. 7 days after they received it I thought the process was over because I got my money back I thought. They still haven't refunded my money, I had to buy this inverter, I spent a lot on it, I thought with a really good one that wouldn't happen, right? it was a record year for heat in az and i made it in two months with no fridge no air and no electricity is that protection? I thought they would just send another one, I knew it wasn't my fault and turns out it wasn't. What stopped them from not refunding my money was that last week a person called me and said they were finally done with the investigation and it wasn't my fault they had to replace it for me. I bought the original inverter on May 10th, it broke on June 16th. and they just finished in September and want to replace them? After fighting them tooth and nail and getting my money back (I thought) now do you want to give me a gift certificate? and 10.00 for my inconvenience. I think it's not very fair, I spent 300 just on ice back then, 116 degrees with no power. This 8000w inverter is AMAZING! it hasn't let me down at all. Needs a little more guidance but is easy to understand. This is a high-end inverter, that's for sure. I will recommend them to all my new clients. Now I'm an installer! I have taken and finished the course, now I am Someone Else Solar! GMBH. I hope people read this and realize they are using you! Don't buy this protection plan, don't even ask if you want it. Because he doesn't need it!
