I love how easy it is to use, especially that you can have multiple sites under one account! We've been using this software since we started working with them in 2015. There are some features they could improve upon but overall their service has been great. The customer support team always responds quickly and is very helpful when you need help or questions answered. As of now there isn't anything really bad about this program. It's pretty simple to set up your own site within minutes. You don't even need any training as they walk you through everything step by step. If you're looking for something that will make your life easier then I highly recommend checking out this product. We're able to track our clients' visits easily because all the information is saved right in the system itself. This makes reporting much simpler than if we were trying to pull data from paper logs.
