I have to admit that I was let down by Honeyskin, a popular online retailer of skincare products. Their goal of making skincare more accessible to the masses is commendable, but the actual quality of their goods left much to be desired. Some products I tested did not agree with my skin and made it red and irritated. In addition, I was unable to get a return or exchange processed after contacting customer support. In addition, I had a hard time navigating their website and locating the appropriate products for my skin condition and concerns. In general, I was not impressed by the Honeyskin web shop. Their goal is commendable, but they fell short in several key areas, including product and customer service excellence. When I need skin care products again, I will shop elsewhere.
