Overall it's good for dolls and accessories

This is a pretty good little project. I've been making miniatures since I was a kid (I'm in my 20's now), I've built a few complete miniature houses and by comparison I'd say this project is more advanced and complex and has some advantages and disadvantages. First, the wiring is very difficult to set up. I almost gave up and did the project with no wiring. There are few instructions on how to actually set up the light (I found that you have to do the lighting first and then strip and connect the wires of the two light lines and then connect to the battery pack. Also you have to completely attach the scenery first and the interior lights, then seal the battery in the platform, which is difficult and leaves little room for error in house placement later). The other things that made it difficult were obviously the size (this was done - by far the smallest project I've ever done and it's really difficult to get some of the detail on such a small scale, even with that little tweezers they send. The glue they send is also a little tricky to use as it is thick and sticky, bulky and sticky when used on very small pieces and also has a very strong smell (and me gave me a headache and nausea every time, and I had to switch to a different type of glue.) The instructions are generally vague and somewhat contradictory, so you want to already have a general understanding of how to assemble things. Another thing is that a real house is very thin doesn't matter when it's in a can, but the instructions say the house is to be assembled outside of the can (so you can put snow on the roof and so before you put the can in) ku), but that's literally impossible, making things like piling up snow at the end and turning on overhead lights difficult. There are also many professionals, so I still got a good grade. Firstly, I LOVE the idea of being built into a can. I'm still at uni and have to move a lot and lost most of my other miniature projects as a result. It's so great because you can securely seal the jar and just pop it in the box for transport. For this reason alone, I really recommend it to anyone who is not yet 100% comfortable. It's also small, so it's good that it can easily be placed on a shelf/bookcase/etc. fits and can be easily stowed away. I think there is a lot of value for money in this project. I bought it for only $10 and it came with glue, a jar, tweezers, everything you need to complete the project and a nice wooden stand to hold it. I'd say although some of it is complex and advanced this can still be a good place to start if you've never made miniatures before and want to give it a try, just for the price/what it entails, you know not all miniatures are like that complex and small. Overall I would recommend this, just be aware of a few cons. I really like the result and the fact that I can move around with it without worrying. I'd also like to point out that I've tweaked this a bit. I didn't add the bunny figures (because I only prefer buildings when making miniatures), I removed one of the kitchen chairs and put the fruit bowl on the table. I used glue to make the river look shiny/icy and added snow to the edge of the platform for warping and pulling on the edges. I also used paint to finish the inside of the wood cover because I didn't like the text they put there, painted the inside of the roof because it was visible and painted the ceiling string of lights gold (kit huh, no paint ) . Generally satisfied!
