Review on Sony 40Mm F2 5 Full Frame Ultra Compact by Josh Suter

Recently updated camera and lenses on Sony E-mount system. I wanted a decent range of lenses and a good general purpose prime lens for everyday use in portrait and family photography. I have a wide-angle prime and a telephoto zoom for landscape and other photography. This 40mm F2.5 lens helps close the gap. Images from it are very clear, objects are sharply focused. The F2.5 aperture really helps with that. It also keeps moving subjects in focus fairly quickly. I've also used it as a webcam when I want to get more of me in the frame (if I want to get other things in the frame I go back to the wide lens). All in all, I highly recommend it for everyday use. Its light weight and decent size make it ideal for travel. Now all I have to do is add a macro lens to my arsenal.**I purchased this product at a discounted price in exchange for an honest review of its performance.**
