Review on Mud Pie Turtle-shaped Paper Towel Holder: Fun and Functional Cleaning Companion by Delbert Potter

The turtle is very cute, cast in metal with details on the belly side facing the paper towel. This is kind of a waste as no one will ever see the turtle's belly as it will always be facing the paper towels. I was a little disappointed because there was only an empty indentation on the side of the bowl. I almost threw away the carved wooden bowl because it was coming loose from the metal it was attached to. I've tried gluing it back and currently installing it. If the shell doesn't stay on, then I'd happily replace it. The wooden dowel is light, as is the base. I see myself grabbing a paper towel and throwing it off the counter. If I have to hold the pole to keep it from falling, my wet hands will eventually cause the wood to rot.
