The item came faster than I thought. The item was easy to assemble. Unscrew the old one from the back of the stove, pull the old one forward a little, then tilt it forward and wiggle it a bit and pull it out of the back of the stove - it gets a little tight due to the insulation. The element has two electrical plugs, so do not pull on it - pull slowly. Then unplug the old one and plug in the new one and reassemble in reverse order. 98% of people can change it. It should cost me a little over $300 to call a technician and fix my Frigidaire convection oven.
