Firstly, the upholstery doesn't hold up properly. We've only been using it for a month and one of the buttons that holds the padding has torn the padding and there is a hole. right where the button used to be. Second, the padding is quite obtrusive/falls off. The ottoman looks more like old 5 year old furniture than brand new. See photo.
