Broke after a month. Just a few days after returning the window. Before that I found it a good product. Good wind speed and flow selection. The direction heads did a great job. But the neckband was uncomfortable. Left in a U-shape, it curled up towards my neck, so I found its shape to be more like an ergonomic U-shape with straight "arms" that curve slightly to more on my shoulder (trapezius) and then down to the collarbone to rest. However, once you adjusted the heads for direct airflow, everything started moving and so was a constant struggle for comfort. And the power button was too sensitive so many times if I had it in my purse that just normal movement would turn it on. I will get something not so bulky as I only use it when I have hot flashes and don't want to wear something too big
