Pretty dissatisfied with it. I understand that hard drives are delicate and refurbished hard drives are no better, but it's still a fact that we spent money on something that died a month or so after we received it. I bought my husband a refurbished hard drive to replace his old one which was 3 years old. It worked fine for a while, but when he tried downgrading his operating system to see if it would stop the constant errors in his games, the hard drive stopped working altogether. I've tried contacting the seller to find out how to fix it, replace it or even get my money back but that was a few months ago. Haven't heard a word from them.
