Very cheap quality. 4 out of 24 had bad bearings

I was hoping they would be strong enough to hold my tool box (significantly less than the rated weight), but I doubt they would. 4 out of 24 wheels have bad bearings. Some of them are slanted. About half the wheels wobble and the other half don't turn well. I think they'll probably be fine for light use, but be careful as they probably won't handle anything close to their rated load. I will update this review based on durability.
