You need to know the application depth

I used this in an existing watch that had the motor failing. I had to adjust the depth of the shank to prevent the second hand from hitting the watch's glass dial.

I had to change the movement on the watch. The set did the job (okay, maybe I did the job). I took off one star because of the weak hands, but it's nice that we gave so many to choose from.

No instructions. Top equipment

The product corresponds to the description. But it came disassembled, which would be nice if there were any instructions at all. There is none, not even a photo. There are about 30 pieces in a plastic bag.

Great product if they fixed the shipping box

The mechanisms are very easy to install. However, they are packed in a not very strong bag and then placed in a Revain bag with no padding, so the clock hands will be bent. Edit: 6/29/21 After several days of talking to the seller, they finally helped to fix the error. order.

Good parts, but you better know what you're doing.

Luckily I already knew how to assemble/install new movements and hands. because there were no instructions. Although the quality of the parts was good. It seems to be working fine even though I assembled it 20 minutes ago. How the time flies. It wouldn't be easy to install if I had no prior knowledge. I noted "accuracy" for lack of instructions.

make your own watch? on clock hardware

I used this motor for the scheduled annual maintenance of my house clock. Every December I check my house clock and fix it if necessary. This year my kitchen clock threw out the shaft after the main bearing spun while running unnecessarily recklessly, which also included high engine speeds. This kit saved me the expense of buying a new watch which I could have paid $9 for! thank you jesus

The packaging could be improved, but otherwise corresponds to the description.

Despite the precise product description, the packaging left nothing to be desired. They just came "stuffed" in plastic bags, so to speak, in another bag. As a patient, some of the longer clock hands were slightly twisted. They managed to fix it, but if you're after clockwork accuracy, this probably isn't for you. It's easy to assemble, although it had to be adjusted slightly due to the bends in the arms.
