I bought it in July 2016 and after 15 months it still looks like new as shown in the two photos. I carry it in my coat pocket every day and in my jeans pocket at weekends. I don't use credit card slots often, just a card and a few bills so this isn't quite my wallet replacement compared to other reviewers. The skin looks and feels good. I've tried several faux leather models over the past few years which, with the same daily routine, quickly wore out around the edges and quickly began to look bad. For a few bucks more, this case is still looking good after a year. About once a month I take my phone out of its plastic case to deep clean any of my devices that don't work with the case, or put my phone in a car mount to use the phone's GPS. I had no issues with the plastic case as some have written. The kickstand feature comes in handy, especially useful for watching a movie on a tiny airplane seat table. What I really like about this style of case is the ability to hold the phone and view it discreetly like a small book. When I'm taking photos, I like that I have a lot more material to hold on to so my phone doesn't slip out of my fingers. The same goes if you hand someone the phone to look at the picture, they also have something to hang from. The cover folds down easily to hold it to your head and talk. For driving, I don't have a solution how to use this case in a car phone holder, so I squeeze it when I want to use GPS; Otherwise it stays in my pocket and I let the car's bluetooth control this phone while I use another GPS. No cons, very happy with this case, will buy again if I switch to another phone.
