I bought them for a stroller so the cars can see me at night when it gets dark so early. I managed to turn the light on, but I can't toggle between the options by clicking on it (flashing/steady) or turning it off. This applies to both lights in the 2-pack. Looking at the way they're made, the battery just seems to get stuck once you turn it on, meaning you have to constantly unscrew it to turn it off and pull the battery back out. Outside. Not something I want to do, especially with a child as button cell batteries pose a serious hazard to young children. To return!
