Prepare to boil the vinegar and water to clean.

When we were cooking scrambled eggs in our old cheap set, we were able to wash them with soap and water in less than a minute. Vikings literally take over 20 minutes! You shouldn't use items like steel wool to clean, which is why they recommend water mixed with vinegar. YOU KNOW IT'S A PROBLEM! I paid about $1000 for a regular set and 2 extra pots, for that price they should clean themselves.
