Wow! I haven't used my Blackstone flat pan in almost a year. Even though it was weatherproofed and covered, it still collected a crappy ton of rust on the flat steel plate. After removing the rust I tried every known cleaning method and after rinsing it still left a dirty stain. Vinegar, Bartender, Industrial Degreaser, Soak. Nothing helped, neither hot nor cold. I received the package today, followed very simple instructions and couldn't believe my eyes. As the mop moved, nothing but bright, shiny steel. A few areas where it was very beefed up. But wow, in 5 minutes I did what took days. No kidding, that's cool. I only used 1 pack and cleaned VERY GENTLY. It took almost no effort. I reseasoned and voila, you're done. I really don't see myself using this for every clean because you have to re-season each time and we all know that 127 layers of spice is what makes Flat Top Cooking so special. A regular deep cleaning after each use should do the trick, but nothing beats a deep cleaning.
