The clapper was stuck so I didn't call
I was supposed to return the product but I waited too long. The clapper got stuck, so the bell didn't ring. The device is very light so it doesn't stay in place. I have a 12 lb dog so it's probably best for a small or toy dog. I bought Jingle Bells to hang on my door and they work so much better! They're much easier to hear and don't stick.
