I received and installed this backrest on my Harley Davidson Street Glide about a month ago but have not had a chance to test it with a passenger. The only real downsides. I wasn't impressed with the instructions provided and the bolt inserts on the back could have been better reinforced. I thought I would hurt my back trying to tighten them. Now for the pros. As I said, I didn't have a chance to test the seat with a passenger, but I tested it after installing it and found it comfortable and durable. It took a bit of effort to get the clamps in place, but I'd rather do that than worry about them coming loose because they're too loose. Basically I'm satisfied so far.
