Beautiful colour, ideal for collars, harnesses and leashes
Collar arrived on time. It's absolutely beautiful. It is mint green with pink flowers. It's actually more blue-green than green. My little Shih Tzu has a 9" neck and her collar is set at 10". It stated 10-12 inches and I had to adjust to the middle. It doesn't stretch. I think they can measure with the plastic plug that comes with it. We're perfect, but if you're at the top level you might want to consider going up a size. In any case, there are free returns. He is great. I just received it so I can't rate its durability but it's certainly well made.
